25 countries participated this year in UIBC congress celebrated at the IBA fair of Munich
The program of the UIBC 2018 Congress held at the IBA fair in Múnich included different activities: reports on the bakery industry in different countries, meetings with the Presidency of the UIBC and the meeting of the Congress itself. On the other hand, more related to the social field, two dinners were held: a typical Bavarian dinner at the Oktoberfest and the UIBC Gala Dinner with the presentation of the UIBC Awards to the Pastry Chef and Baker of the year (Mr. Jochen Baier and MR. Salvador Plà Petit).
The number of participants in this annual conference is increasing. This year we have counted on the participation of these 25 countries:
