Monsieur Youcef KALAFAT, President of the National Bakery Federation of Algeria, reported at the latest UIB Congress in Casablanca about a special event his Federation organised on 16th October 2012. Celebrating the World Day of Bread, they held a National Bread Competition and Show, selecting at the same time their National Team to represent the Algerian Bakery at the Coup d’Afrique, the African Bakery Championship that took place at Salon CRÉMAI in Casablanca, on 19th and 20th March 2013. And the Team from Algeria made the third rank!!

Monsieur Youcef KALAFAT, el Presidente de la Federación Nacional de Panadería de Argelia, informó en el último Congreso UIB en Casablanca sobre un evento especial que su federación organizó el 16 de Octubre de 2012. En el Día Mundial del Pan celebraron un concurso nacional y una exposición de panadería, seleccionando al mismo tiempo el Equipo Nacional que iba a representar a la panadería argelina durante la “Coup d’Afrique”, la Copa de África, que tuvo lugar en el Salon CRÉMAI de Casablanca, los días 19 y 20 de Marzo de 2013. ¡Y el equipo de Argelia quedó tercero!
